O foarte eficienta metoda de a face miscare, de a ne umple de energie si de a creste nivelul de serotonina, deci de a fi mai fericiti si sanatosi, e sa dansam. O piesa, doua, un mix, cat avem chef. Eu personal prefer dnb’ul. Dezgrop folderele cu dnb mai vechi, pun un mix si dansez pana nu mai pot. It`s my own therapy session. Asa ca, din nou, muzica ne pune zambetul pe buze si ne ureaza o zi frumoasa.
